We believe that honesty is the best policy. We would like to make you aware that all products are the sole property of Mr W. F. Cedric Hall until paid in full.

With regard to Specialist Iron Work and Bespoke Iron Work, a 50% deposit is required before manufacture, on the day of measuring. The remaining 50% is required five days before (if paying with cheque) or on the day of fitting. Again, all products are the sole property of Mr W. F. Cedric Hall until the product(s) is paid in full.

It is expected that all products and services are paid in full either before or on the date of your product collection / delivery.

This is without exception! Please do not ask for an exception to avoid disappointment or offence.
